Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and RealHUB ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting any inquiry form, appointment request, or contact form, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

For clarity throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Term	Meaning
"Services"	All digital marketing, SEO, Google My Business management, social media, website design, Yelp management, and virtual assistance offerings provided by RealHUB.
"Form"	Any contact form, appointment request, quote request, or inquiry form hosted on our website.
"Agreement"	The service agreement, proposal, or contract entered into between RealHUB and a Client for the delivery of Services.
"Content"	Any text, images, logos, videos, or materials provided by the Client for use in the delivery of Services.
"Confidential Information"	Any non-public information related to either party's business, strategies, pricing, or client data.

Services Provided

RealHUB provides a range of digital presence and online marketing services. The specific scope of services delivered to each Client will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal. Our current service offerings include:

• Google My Business profile setup, optimization, and ongoing management
• Yelp listing management, optimization, and review handling
• Professional website design, development, and maintenance
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) — on-page, off-page, and technical
• Social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement management
• Virtual assistance for business operations and administrative tasks

We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any service offering at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of any material changes that affect active Client agreements.

No Guarantee of Specific Results: While we employ proven strategies and best practices, digital marketing outcomes depend on many external factors (search engine algorithm changes, market competition, etc.). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, leads, or revenue results.

Form Submissions & Appointments

When you submit any form on our website, including appointment requests, contact forms, or quote inquiries, you agree to the following:

• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date
• You are authorized to submit the form on behalf of your business or organization
• Submission of a form does not guarantee an appointment, engagement, or service agreement
• We may contact you at the phone number or email address provided to confirm, reschedule, or respond to your inquiry
• Appointment slots are subject to availability and confirmed only upon our written or verbal confirmation
• Submitting a form does not create a binding contract for services unless a separate agreement is signed

Payments & Billing

Payment terms are established in each individual service agreement. The following general terms apply to all billing arrangements:

• All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless a net payment term is agreed in writing
• Monthly retainer services are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle
• A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue balances beyond 30 days
• RealHUB reserves the right to pause or suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances
• All sales are final; refunds are issued at RealHUB's sole discretion and only in exceptional circumstances

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by RealHUB in connection with the delivery of services remains the property of RealHUB until full payment has been received.

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the purpose outlined in the service agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to hold each other's Confidential Information in strict confidence and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RealHUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party platform changes (Google, Yelp, etc.).

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise specified.

Privacy & Data

RealHUB is committed to protecting your privacy. When you submit a form, we collect details to respond to your inquiry and deliver services. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
